Composed by John Stafford Smith. Arranged by Travis Hayman. Folk,Holiday,Patriotic. Individual part. 8 pages. Travis Hayman #6450901. Published by Travis Hayman (A0.951620).

The Star-Spangled Banner is the national anthem of the United States. The lyrics come from the Defence of Fort M'Henry, a poem written on September 14, 1814, by 35-year-old lawyer and amateur poet Francis Scott Key after witnessing the bombardment of Fort McHenry by British ships of the Royal Navy in Baltimore Harbor during the Battle of Baltimore in the War of 1812. Key was inspired by the large U.S. flag, with 15 stars and 15 stripes, known as the Star-Spangled Banner, flying triumphantly above the fort during the U.S. victory. This arrangement is written for three Flutes in C, and One Alto Flute in G.

Victory March is the fight song for the University of Notre Dame. The Rev. Michael J. Shea, a 1905 Notre Dame graduate and organist at St. Patrick's Cathedral in New York, wrote the music, and his brother, John F. Shea, who earned degrees from Notre Dame in 1906 and 1908, wrote the original lyrics. At the behest of his former music teacher, Professor William C. Hammond of Mount Holyoke College, Rev. Shea would first perform the song publicly on the organ of the Second Congregational Church of Holyoke, Massachusetts, where Hammond was music director, soon after completing the composition with his brother in the winter of 1908. The song would first be performed on Notre Dame's campus on Easter Sunday, 1909, in the rotunda of the Golden Dome.

Composed by Johann Sebastian Bach. Arranged by Travis Hayman. Baroque,Christian. Individual part. 6 pages. Travis Hayman #6120435. Published by Travis Hayman (A0.951558).

Air on the G String, also known as Air for G String and Celebrated Air, is August Wilhelmj's 1871 arrangement of the second movement of Johann Sebastian Bach's Orchestral Suite No. 3 in D major, BWV 1068.

The arrangement differs from the original in that the part of the first violins is transposed down so that it can be played entirely on a violin's lowest string, i.e., the G string. It is played by a single violin (instead of by the first violins as a group).

This arrangement further deviates as it changes the key, and the instrumentation, and simplifies the rhythm structure to allow intermediate musicians take part in a time honored classic.
