If you have a set of bells or tubes with a different color scheme, Chroma-Notes Stick Ons can be purchased and applied so the instruments match the Boomwhackers® color scheme. The Andante is very lyrical and followed by a Lament for organ only, which whilst fully written out, in true Baroque style of a bridge passage, can be improvised around its basic theme. The Allegro is light and lively with a spirited ending. Andante and Allegro was premiered in 1995 in the Trumpet and Organ ‘Tubes and Pipes’ series of concerts in England and has become a concert favourite in trumpet recitals. The accompaniment is written for either piano, or best with organ and has appropriate annotation for stops and the pedals. The trumpet part is provided for Trumpet in Bb as well as Eb. Bonus is that the combined pdf comes with a Baroque Analysis for teachers to assist explain stylistic, melodic and chordal aspects of the genre.

The score was written on Finale.  The sound file was performed with samplers from Garritan and conceived as an audio support for the presentation of the score.
