Piano,Vocal,Voice - Level 3 - Digital Download SKU: A0.794111 By Celine Dion. By Eric Carmen and Sergei Rachmaninoff. Arranged by Dave Gingras, John E. Dosher. Film/TV. Score. 3 pages. DAVID LEE GINGRAS #6400267. Published by DAVID LEE GINGRAS (A0.794111). All by Myself is a song by American artist Eric Carmen released in 1975. The verse is based on the second movement (Adagio sostenuto) of Sergei Rachmaninoff's circa 1900-1901 Piano Concerto No. 2 in C minor, Opus 18. The chorus was taken from the song Let's Pretend, which Carmen wrote and recorded with the Raspberries in 1972. This version features a root-based chord-blocking technique that John and I have used in a number of our arrangements. We added some left-hand and right-hand fills to make it our own, hopefully you can do the same!

Mark O'Connor Musik International #6206207. Published by Mark O'Connor Musik International (A0.861907). Brave Wolfe (score – trumpet and violin) MO108AScore (parts available)Music by Mark O’Connor8 pages - 7:00 minutes in length Brave Wolfe for trumpet and violin is a piece by Mark O’Connor based on an old traditional ballad. It was recorded by O’Connor and Wynton Marsalis for the album Liberty!. The recording was also used throughout the film documentary produced for PBS, Liberty! The American Revolution. This may very well be the first duet ever written for trumpet and violin. Summarized as a triumph by album notes writer Thomas Fleming, he goes on to characterize the duet by saying Marsalis’ sound echoes the noble sadness of this celebration of the heroic death of British General James Wolfe before Quebec in 1759. The piece turns into a musical gallop, evoking the surging seesaw battle Wolfe’s army fought outside the walls of the fortress city. We have a collaboration between the trumpet wizardry of Wynton Marsalis and Mark O’Connor’s extraordinary virtuosity on the fiddle. The music is suited for advanced levels. Original music printed from the composer’s manuscripts.Music editing, copying and engraving by Mark O’Connorusing Finale on Apple Macintosh 1997 Public Domain Arranged by Mark O’ConnorCan be heard on Liberty! Tenor saxophone in Bb and piano - easy to intermediate - Digital Download SKU: S9.Q21263 Composed by George Gershwin. Arranged by Wolfgang Birtel. This edition: Sheet music. Downloadable. Schott Music - Digital #Q21263. Published by Schott Music - Digital (S9.Q21263). The melodies from George Gershwin's (1898-1937) musicals, from 'Porgy and Bess', from orchestral pieces like 'Rhapsody in Blue' or 'An American in Paris', we all know them! But the career of the young musician started as a pianist in a music publishing house where he was to encourage customers to buy music by playing it. Soon he began to compose music himself and caught the attention of the Broadway, which paved the way to his international career. Inspired by Frédéric Chopin's 24 Préludes, he began to write his own 'Preludes' for the piano in the mid-1920s: Of the five preludes composed by him, he used two for the violin composition 'Short Story' and presented the other three at a concert on 4 December 1926. These 'Preludes' combine classical moments and jazz elements into an effective whole and can be played individually or as a little jazz sonata (fast – slow – fast). Thanks to the present arrangement, the charming miniatures are now available in a version for solo instrument and piano accompaniment.

Bass Guitar - Level 3 - Digital Download SKU: A0.917921 By Public. By Ben Lapps, John Fields, John Vaughn Handelsman, John Vaughn Handelsman Ii, and Matthew Carter Alvarado. Arranged by Zulhilmy Zulkifli. Contemporary. Score. 11 pages. ZZ Music Solutions #6115853. Published by ZZ Music Solutions (A0.917921). Honey In The Summer is a song by an American band, PUBLIC, from their single with the same title. This song is produced by John Fields, who also wrote the song with Ben Lapps, John Vaughn Handelsman, and Matthew Carter Alvarado, who is also the bassist. This transcription is based on the single version and arranged to be played on a 4-string bass with standard tuning. Matthew's main bass in the Fender Urge II Bass, an Artist Signature bass endorsed by Stu Hamm. This song is in the key of E major and is about 3’20 long. The tempo is at 114 bpm, and the groove sounds very prominent in this tune. It can be quite challenging to perform as the basslines were composed with a lot of 16th notes (semiquaver), and some of the notes were played short (staccato technique indicated with a dot above each note). I would suggest this tune for an intermediate player as it also requires you to be familiar with the higher register of the bass. This transcription includes 3 parts ; 1)both notation and TAB (3 pages) 2)notation-only (2 pages) 3)TAB-only (2 pages). I made these options available for any bassist with different preferences. I know we are unique, as I am a bassist as well.Have fun and good luck. Do visit me at www.zulhilmyzulkifli.com for any inquiries. Thank you for your purchase, and I hope you enjoy the music.

It still awaits its premiere! One day I hope I can post up a recording of this beautiful piece.A friend who attended its “play through†described it as being like “the South American Rain Forestsâ€, which I thought was a beautiful, and very fitting description.Duration: Approximately 15 minutesAll of the parts are challenging so this is not a piece for junior players.

Flute,Piano - Level 1 - Digital Download SKU: A0.548487 Composed by Gruber. Arranged by James M. Guthrie, ASCAP. Christmas. Score and part. 3 pages. Jmsgu3 #3387051. Published by jmsgu3 (A0.548487). Silent Night arranged for Flute & Piano with new harmony for verse three. Score: 2 pg. Part: 1 pg. Silent Night Origins Father Joseph Mohr wrote the lyrics for a new Christmas Carol. He wanted the new carol for his Christmas Eve Mass. With only a couple of hours until the service, He asked organist and schoolteacher Franz Gruber to write a melody and simple accompaniment to go with the lyrics. The result is probably the most famous of all Christmas carols – Silent Night. First Performance Perhaps because the organ was undergoing repairs, or to make sure the accompaniment was easy enough, Mohr asked Gruber to write it for the guitar. Mohr played the guitar, and both Mohr and Gruber gave the world premiere performance at the Christmas Eve Mass in 1818 at St. Nicholas Church in Oberndorf in Salzburg. Original Score Eventually, the original score became lost, and consequently, Mohr's name was largely forgotten.  Though the public originally recognized Gruber as the composer, many people over time began rumors that a more famous composer was responsible. Thus, they floated the names of Haydn, Mozart, and even Beethoven. Authorities eventually settled the matter when a manuscript in Mohr’s handwriting turned up in 1820. Consequently, we learn that Mohr wrote the lyrics in 1816, and Gruber composed the melody in 1818. Popularity Nonetheless, Silent Night is still very popular. Singers have performed this song in nearly every genre and in multiple languages. Perhaps the most famous version is the one Bing Crosby crafted. This version is the third best-selling physical single recording in the history of recorded music. This particular recording was released in 1935 and sold at least 30 million copies. Only two songs have ever sold more. Elton John released Candle in the Wind in 1997 and sold 33 million copies. The record for most copies ever sold goes to Bing Crosby. He released White Christmas in 1942 and sold 50 million physical copies. Register for free lifetime updates and revisions at www.jamesguthrie.com
