When Do I Want You Most is a piano solo arrangement of the 1897 hit pop song by Carrie Jacobs-Bond, which was originally a ballad for voice and piano. The descending pattern in the first bar of the melody reminded me of the opening of a famous Bach minuet, so I turned this pop ballad into a minuet. I reharmonized the melody more in the style of Bach, and wrote an extended intro, bridges, and Coda to tie the melody quotes together.
