Its also composers like the William-Gregson Brothers and Maurizio Malagnini. The title comes from the series, Lark Rise to Candleford' which in turn is based on a trilogy of semi-autobiographical novels written by author Flora Thompson.

The voice leading is moderate. The main challenge is the 4-against-3 rhythmic subdivision required between the hands in some sections. If maintaining the merengue groove with the left hand proves too challenging, the structures in the left hand can be played on down beats in quarter notes, and the character of the song can be left to the melody in the right hand.
