The organ part is notated on two staves but with an independent pedal part, and much of the writing is in the baroque style. In the middle section the organ also has the chorale in imitation with the trumpet, and the organist is required to have an instrument with at least two manuals and pedals. Ideal as a postlude in any festive service of worship, the performance duration is two and a half minutes. The full score has a separate one page trumpet part attached.
