Sadly, this love was not reciprocated. This song quickly became popular throughout England and has been constantly sung and covered since its release. This is a very nice arrangement for SSA choir and optional bass, as the choir can sing it a cappella.Greensleeves est  un chant d'amour attribué au roi  Henri VIII et imprimé pour la première fois en 1580 à Londres.
