So after studying works by the Bach family he wrote this piece, naturally he composed the fugue first in his head (as you do!!), then wrote it down while he was thinking about the Prelude!! I composed a one movement flute trio, Flute Fare,  and showed it to my flute teacher, Susan Levitin, who then showed it and other works to three of her younger students. The students selected my piece for performance without knowing that I was working with the same teacher. They have performed the work several times.
