The form here emulates the beginning of the AJR track with chorus, verse, chorus, then moves ahead to a different sort of trombone jam/playout (beginning at measure 51) which calls out some London-flavored melodies before a restatement of the last phrase of the chorus.The 1st part keeps the melody throughout this arrangement. There are some lower octave cues in the verse that will allow the player to only have to briefly touch on some F's and G's above the staff a few times if they donâ??t have a high B-flat at the ready. The remaining parts shoulder the greater technical challenge but also have some simplified cue notes available if needed.Optionally, if your group prefers not to undertake the brief tempo change (and Rule Britannia! quote) you can optionally skip measures 57 and 58 without slowing, but the chuckle from your audience will surely be worth the extra effort.

The Prince of Denmark’s March is better known nowadays as the Trumpet Voluntary and is often used in wedding ceremonies. It was in fact written for organ, with the melody played on thetrumpet stop.  Written around 1700, for many years this piece was mistakenly attributed to Henry Purcell. Only recently has it been established that the composer was Jeremiah Clarke, organist at St Paul’s Cathedral. It is somewhat ironic that this composer of a wedding mainstay was himself a victim of unrequited love. He consequently shot himself in the cathedral graveyard. This full version is arranged as a duet for Flute and Clarinet and the performance time is around two and a half minutes. Of course, performers, especially at weddings, may wish to abridge and shorten the arrangement. This is easily done as the different sections are self-contained and the repeat may be ignored. The complete performance on youtube and the short audio sample are from the Clarinet Duet version of this arrangement. Musicians at an intermediate level and above will find this ideal for formal and informal performances, with both parts enjoying melodic interest. Teachers will enjoy using this arrangement as a fun way to help with strict time, full tone and dynamics. As he leapt out of the gondola, Mr. Kittinger felt little sensation of falling due to the lack of air in the stratosphere. Depicting just moments before the 614 mph free-fall, the work opens with slowly forming clusters. Gaining intensity, these chords signify the sensation one must feel looking up to the blackness of space then peering down to the clouds below. Throughout the piece, a subtle trembling effect suggests the buffeting that can occur at high speeds. Kittinger's Descent is a fast-paced, turbulent ride honoring the man who broke records for highest balloon ascent, highest parachute jump, and longest and fastest free-fall by a human without the aid of a machine.

Gnome`s Dream revealed in the2018 Chamber Music Contest Entry.    Gnome`s Dream was designed to be performed by a group of five artists, or even seven, nine, one thousand or more!  Any kind of diatonic Harp can be used to perform this piece.  When playing the harp with the rest of the ensemble it might be better to perform it mostly as it was written.  In the absence of a Double bass, than should the cello take its part. In the case of an ensemble with more artists where we have already formed a bowed stringed orquestra, The double bass while playing the introduction of the piece remains a soloist and it will than be reenforced with a cello while the other bowed instruments are also playing. It would be good to tune the E string of the double bass down to a D but if this is not possible than simply play the lower „D notes one octave higher. It is a perfect piece for a mixed group of early beginners and „early soloists, it is very easy to perform. It can be played by a group of five artists, as well as a complete string orquestra with harp. Some interpretation symbols where used in the score as a performance suggestion. Most of the score is left virgin to the interpretation of the artists involved, particularly the use of bowing and fingering. It is a very flexible piece that can be used in all kinds of events.
