Small Ensemble Drum Set,Horn,Trombone,Trumpet,Tuba - Level 3 - Digital Download SKU: A0.802643 By Bee Gees. By Barry Gibb and Robin Gibb. Arranged by Peet du Toit. Dance,Disco. Score and parts. 19 pages. Peet du Toit #6169575. Published by Peet du Toit (A0.802643). How Can You Mend a Broken Heart is a song released by the Bee Gees in 1971. It was written by Barry and Robin Gibb and was the first single on the group's 1971 album Trafalgar. It was their first US No. 1 single and also reached No. 1 in Cashbox magazine for two weeks.Barry and Robin Gibb wrote the song in August 1970 with Lonely Days when the Gibb brothers had reconvened following a period of break-up and alienation. Robin came to my place, says Barry, and that afternoon we wrote 'How Can You Mend a Broken Heart' and that obviously was a link to us coming back together. We called Maurice, finished the song, went to the studio and once again, with only 'Broken Heart' as a basic structure, we went in to the studio with that and an idea for 'Lonely Days', and those two songs were recorded that night. Here is a brass quintet version for you - a flügelhorn solo, with percussion. Enjoy this golden oldie!

Bass Trombone,Cornet,Horn - Level 3 - Digital Download SKU: A0.1328151 Composed by Traditional. Arranged by James M. Guthrie. Chamber,Christian,Christmas,Holiday,Traditional. 6 pages. Jmsgu3 #916141. Published by jmsgu3 (A0.1328151). Lo, How a Rose E'er Blooming is a Christmas carol with a rich history and deep theological significance. It is most commonly translated from the original German hymn Es ist ein Ros entsprungen. The hymn emphasizes the royal genealogy of Jesus and Christian messianic prophecies, describing a rose sprouting from the stem of the Tree of Jesse, symbolizing the descent of Jesus from Jesse of Bethlehem, the father of King David. The hymn has been set to music by various composers, with the familiar harmonization by Michael Praetorius dating back to the early 17th century. The English translation by Theodore Baker, Lo, How a Rose E'er Blooming, was written in 1894 and has been widely used in English-language hymnals. The hymn's enduring appeal lies in its theological depth, musical beauty, and historical significance, making it a cherished part of the Christmas tradition for many.
