This piece is most often heard as a jazz waltz, but this arrangement is in 4/4, giving it a driving double-time jazz feel. The arrangement begins with an explosive intro, and it is loaded with lush jazz chord substitutions and syncopated rhythms. It slows down in the middle with a rubato section, almost in the style of a chorale, then goes back to the original tempo, driving to the end. Your players will have a blast playing it, and it will be a thrill for the audience. Included is a conductor score and all individual parts. This is scored for traditional British Brass instrumentation, but also included is a tuba part in bass clef.
