Commissioned to honor long-time organist and editor, Sharron Lyon, this setting is full of life and energy. A regal first stanza is followed by a more legato treatment in the second stanza. The third stanza, set in relative minor, beautifully paints the text. A key change provides lift and energy, and the regal style of the first stanza returns with a triumphant ending.
