Score and parts. 23 pages. Caliandro Sara #6342391. Published by Caliandro Sara (A0.946140). Slavonic March (opus 31) is a symphonic compotition by Peter Ilic Tchaikovsky. It was written in September 1876 for a charity campaign to honorate slavonic soldiers wounded in the war. Composed with a slavonic spirit and also in a pugnacious and nationalist way, he introduced militar themes. The principal theme is taken from a slavonic folk song used in the introduction which is developped and concluded with festive tones, melting with the theme of the Zar's anthem. This transcription is written for piano 4 hands.
