The piece is dedicated to the teacher who instructed the class all the 4 years until their graduation.One of the first exercises in the education of a designated conductor is the so called conducting chain, which is a seamless sequence of seven bars with individual lengths of 1 to 7 quarter notes in ascending order. The conducting chain represents one of the basic skills necessary for conducting an ensemble or wind band. For this reason exactly these conducting chain is incorporated in the middle part of the piece.The PDF contains the score and all parts, already multiplied accordingly for a common number of musicians in a concert band.
