Timothy Stapay #997124. Published by Timothy Stapay (A0.1415388). Here is a timeless country classic arranged for piano solo.  A song the whole family will love to sing.Little Green Apples is a classic country song that was recorded by Glen Campbell in 1968.  It was written by Bobby Russell and became a major hit, reaching the top 40 charts in both the United States and the United Kingdom. The song’s popularity has endured over the years, and it remains a beloved classic in the country music genre. Bobby Gentry sang this song in a wonderful duet with Glenn on his T.V. show.[Verse 1]Well, I wake up in the mornin' with my hair down in my eyesAnd she says, HiAnd I hurry to the breakfast table while the kids are goin' off to school, GoodbyeAnd she reaches out and takes my handAnd squeezes it and says, How you feelin', Hon?And I look across at smilin' lips that warms my heartAnd I see my mornin' sun[Pre-Chorus]And if that's not lovin' meThen all I've got to say[Chorus]God didn't make the little green applesAnd it don't rain in Indianapolis in the summertimeThere's no such thing as Dr. SuessDisneyland and Mother Goose, no nursery rhymeGod didn't make the little green applesAnd it don't rain in Indianapolis in the summertimeAnd when my self is feelin' lowI think about your face aglow and ease my mind[Verse 2]Sometimes I call him up knowin' he's busyAnd ask if he could get away and meet meMaybe grab a bite to eatAnd he drops what he's doin' and hurries down to meet meAnd I'm always lateHe sits waitin' patiently and smiles when he first sees me'Cause he's made that way [Pre-Chorus]And if that's not lovin' meThen all I've got to say[Chorus]God didn't make the little green applesAnd it don't snow in Indianapolis when the winter comeThere's no such thing as make-believePuppy dogs and autumn leaves, no BB gunGod didn't make the little green applesAnd it don't rain in Indianapolis in the summertimeAnd when my self is feelin' lowI think about your face aglow and ease my mind

Choral Choir (SATB) - Level 4 - Digital Download SKU: A0.1129659 Composed by Kevin G. Pace (ASCAP), Kathryn W. Hales. 20th Century,Blues,Jazz,Religious,Spiritual. Octavo. 14 pages. Kevin G. Pace #730069. Published by Kevin G. Pace (A0.1129659). A fun, jazzy, energetic choral composition telling the story of Ebed-Melech and how he saved the prophet Jeremiah. Music by Kevin G. Pace. Text by Kathryn W. Hales. Text: The Good Book says that Moses Was buried by the hand of God; And those bitten by fiery serpents Were healed by lookin’ at a rod. Elijah was taken up to heaven By a chariot of fire, But the prophet Jeremiah Was cast into a pit of mire. “Can’t you hear me, Lord?” Jeremiah is a’cryin’, “Wilt Thou deliver me? For I am surely dyin’.” The Lord touched the heart On one Ethiopian And says to Ebed-Melech, “Go and save my son.” That black man, he did hearken And went straight up to the king, “What you’ve done to Jeremiah Is a very wicked thing.” “Can’t you see his misery? Can’t you hear him cryin’? Let me deliver him, O King, For he is surely dyin’.” Then Zedekiah repented, Said, “Go get Jeremiah Out of that old dungeon Out of the pit of mire. Take thirty strong men with you Do not delay or wait, Bring the prophet up again Before it is too late.” Ebed went to the pit, Called down into the dark, “I’s a comin’ to save you, Now, oh man, take heart. The king has relented, But before we start, Put old rags beneath your arms, So the ropes won’t leave a mark. Poor Jeremiah was so weak, He’d almost lost all hope, The men did gently lift him up ‘Cause he couldn’t climb the rope. He was kept in prison, But now he had some food, Until the Babylonians came To seize the multitude. ‘Twas an Ethiopian that saved him, A servant to Judah’s King, Blessed be the name of Ebed-Melek For doin’ such brave things. The Lord uses many people From every tribe and race To be an instrument in His hands, An implement of His grace. “Repent all House of Judah,” Jeremiah kept on a’cryin’, “Turn unto the Lord again, Otherwise you’all be dyin’. His words come down through the years To the people of today, “Repent and turn back to the Lord, And walk His chosen Way.”.

Guitar - Level 2 - Digital Download SKU: A0.1486675 By Foo Fighters. By David Grohl. Arranged by Brian Streckfus. Contemporary,Pop,Rock. Chords/Lyrics. 2 pages. Brian Streckfus #1063740. Published by Brian Streckfus (A0.1486675). Key: B minorPages: 2The aim of this version was not historical accuracy. The aim was to create a great solo unplugged coffee-house version with no page turns, though it could still be really useful for any situation. The melody is left intact, some liberties with the harmonies were taken when there is singing. I'm very proud and happy with how it turned out, sometimes you get lucky and the sections fall perfectly into place (which is suprising since there are some odd 3 measure phrases in here). Features:1. Beginner friendly. The chords are so accurate to what the sheet music is doing, that you don't even really need to read sheet music to play this!2. Harmonies that take difficulty, style, voice leading, and melody into consideration3. Condensed lead sheet version that fits on 2 pages to avoid a page turn; yet it is packed with details and naunces.4. Beautifully engraved sections that visually make sense on the page.Tips:1. Measures 8-16 I named that chords as if both guitars were taken into consideration. I'm guilty of sometimes saying, Oh it's just a rock song with power chords, but then you look into the details, and the chords are actually quite jazzy.2. Maybe She sang needs a fermata?3. If a song is in B minor and never changes key, fret 1 will never happens! Be in position 2 for this song! That's why I didn't put fingerings in, they would have been as helpful as confusing.4. Maybe it's a given, but I recommend forcing melody notes on to the chord in one way or another. Sometimes I go on spurts of notating many complex chords to account for the melody, other times I just show one chord per measure but kind of assume that you'll make the guitar work more fancy with the melody notes. Maybe this is overthinking the arrangement, but there is great voicings I'm doing that I want to get across, but sometimes I won't do it because the score will get too busy looking. Just food for thought, depends on your agenda I suppose.

Choral Choir,Choral (SATB) - Level 4 - Digital Download SKU: A0.1012606 Composed by Michelle Kraak. Easter,Praise & Worship,Sacred. 16 pages. Michelle Kraak #6102931. Published by Michelle Kraak (A0.1012606). The Betrayal is written for choir (soprano, alto, tenor, bass). It is a religious piece based on the passion of Christ. It has aspects of imitation, with a lot of independence in the parts. The vocal parts represent the voice of Jesus, the voices of those who crucified him, a narrator, and also briefly the voice of Peter, Jesus' disciple. The bass primarily sings the role of the people who called for his death, but as the piece continues others join in this role. I wrote some of the lyrics and also pulled some verses in from the Bible. I think this would be a great piece for Holy Week, perhaps on Good Friday or Maundy Thursday. the piece captures some of the intense emotions involved in the crucifixion and would make a great addition to Lenten music in the church. Lyrics:Why did you leave me?Why did you run?I absolved you of your sin. Jesus Christ must die for what he's done. I absolved you of your sin,I saved you from yourselves,I just wanted to lead you,Closer to God. Death! I wanted to give you new life. Three times you will deny me, Woman I do not know him! Jesus Christ must die for what he's done. Why did you leave me? Why did you run?I absolved you of your sin.I saved you from yourselves,I just wanted to lead you, Closer to God. Jesus I didn't know him.I don't know the man! Jesus Christ must die for what he's done. Peter struck him!Cut off his ear,Jesus touched him and healed him,Though the man had come for him. Jesus Christ must die for what he's done. Why should Jesus die for what he's done? Why did I forsake the Son of God?I'd have called for him to be crucified. We are no better,Then the past. Why did you forsake me,Why did you forsake me? Forgive them,For they do not know what they're doing. Forgive them,For they do not know what they're doing. Betrayed with a kiss. Surely he was the son of God.Surely he was the son of God.Surely he was the son of God.4 minutes 29 seconds6 minutes 29 secondsashevilletrumpet.comhttps://www.facebook.com/kraakmichellehttps://www.instagram.com/kraakmichelle/https://www.linkedin.com/in/michelle-kraak-71b0258a/

Piano Solo - Level 2 - Digital Download SKU: A0.1160855 Composed by Nick Norton. Chamber,Classical,Contemporary,New Age. Score. 11 pages. Bathysphere Music #761167. Published by Bathysphere Music (A0.1160855). The four calm interludes (should that be capitalized?) are Four One, On Nothing, About Sixths, and On Sol. They are intended as simple, meditative pieces, perhaps good for student pianists to attempt. In spring of 2020, as the COVID-19 pandemic took hold, I suffered a massive manic episode followed by a debilitating depression that lasted over a year. During this time I found my relationship with music fraught—I could not compose, and could barely even listen to music for enjoyment, relaxation, or whatever other reasons people listen to music. It was terrifying, thinking my life’s work was over. The shift to being unable to compose or listen, however, was a gradual, like the shift from mania to depression. I found my listening habits following what seemed like a massive ritardando, as they moved away from the upbeat music I was used to toward more and more ambient, very slow music. Hiroshi Yoshimura’s album Music For Nine Postcards was on repeat for a long while before the total break. Its calm repetitions must have influenced what I was doing, because I sometimes found myself at the piano playing the same note or chord over and over again, just listening to the details in the resonance. Out of this came the first of these four pieces, On Nothing.Eight months later I found myself doing it again, the result of which is Four One. Another eight months went by before About Sixths, and then, as my recovery became more and more apparent, only two months passed until On Sol. I am grateful to say I am now composing every day again, though my music has, without conscious intention, taken on a far more introspective feel than ever before.I have not given the pieces numbers, because I don’t mind if they are played in a different order, alone, or—as the title suggests—as interludes between other pieces. I do like the printed order though.
