Tenor Saxophone Solo - Level 3 - Digital Download SKU: A0.590532 By Elvis Costello. By Charles Aznavour and Herbert Kretzmer. Arranged by Leo Silva. Film/TV,Pop. Individual part. 1 pages. MP Sheet Music #199806. Published by MP Sheet Music (A0.590532). The simplicity of a flower or a song can snatch your heart... I think it's hard to have someone who doesn't know She by Charles Aznavour and how much this song enchanted generations. Composed by Charles Aznavour, one of the greatest French singers of all time, of Armenian origin, also an actor. Aware of the potential of his newest song, Aznavour decided to record She (written by him and Herbert Kretzmer) not only in French, but also in English, German, Spanish and Italian. And he was right: released in 1974, the song was hugely successful everywhere, topping the UK charts. In 1999, 25 years later, She was covered by the British Elvis Costello for the soundtrack of the film Notting Hill (A Place Called Notting Hill), theme song by the couple William Thacker (Hugh Grant) and Anna Scott (Julia Roberts), quickly reaching worldwide success.

Piano Solo - Digital Download SKU: A0.504885 By ABBA. By Benny Andersson and Bjorn Ulvaeus. Arranged by Mario Stallbaumer. Pop. Score. 4 pages. Published by Mario Stallbaumer (A0.504885). With this sheet music, you can play The Winner Takes It All by ABBA on piano! It's an accurate, carefully created piano arrangement of the full song, in the original key of Gb major. The vocal melody is included in the piano part, so it makes for a perfect piano solo cover. The Winner Takes It All was the first single from ABBA's 1980 album Super Trouper, which became the best-selling album of that year in the UK. The song became a huge international success, and their last top 10 hit in the US before the band broke up in 1982. It is often assumed that the famous ballad was inspired by the divorce between Björn Ulvaeus (who wrote the song's lyrics) and Agnetha Fältskog (who sang the lead vocals), but Ulvaeus said the song was the experience of a divorce, but it's fiction. 'Cause one thing I can say is that there wasn't a winner or a loser in our case. A lot of people think it's straight out of reality, but it's not. In any case, The Winner Takes It All is a fantastic ballad, an iconic hit from the early 80s, and it makes for a fantastic piano cover!

Bassoon,Piano - Level 5 - Digital Download SKU: A0.1298041 Composed by Martin J. Van Klompenberg. 21st Century,Chamber,Classical. Score and part. 36 pages. Martin J. Van Klompenberg #887947. Published by Martin J. Van Klompenberg (A0.1298041). Prior to the 1990s, there was no unified theory on what caused the extinction of thedinosaurs. Could it have been changes in the weather? Disease? Geologicalchange? Then came Dr. Walter Alvarez! Dr. Alvarez discovered a thin layer of themineral iridium found in sedimentary rocks that were roughly 65 million years old.Knowing that iridium only comes from a meteor, he set out to find the source, acrater in the Yucatán peninsula of Mexico called Chicxulub. In 1991, Dr. Alvarezwrote a book called T.Rex and the Crater of Doom, describing the scientificjourney to most widely accepted theory about the demise of the dinosaurs. The Crater of Doom is inspired by this text. Although we think of the demise of thedinosaurs as a singular event (In a geological sense, this is sort of true.), it reallyoccurred over thousands, and perhaps, millions of years. I wanted this piece todepict these events. In four movements, played without a break, one can hear leadup to the initial impact of the meteor strike, its aftermath, a lonely hunt by one ofthe last survivors, and the sunset of the dinosaur era.

Piano,Vocal,Voice - Level 3 - Digital Download SKU: A0.1438554 By Frankie Laine. By Carl Fischer and Frankie Laine. Arranged by Dave Gingras and John E. Dosher. Broadway,Film/TV,Jazz,Musical/Show. Score. 3 pages. DAVID LEE GINGRAS #1018580. Published by DAVID LEE GINGRAS (A0.1438554). We'll Be Together Again is a 1945 popular song composed by Carl T. Fischer, with lyrics by Frankie Laine. Fischer was Laine's pianist and musical director when he composed the tune, and Laine was asked to write the lyrics for it. The Pied Pipers were the first to release the song, and as well as Laine, it has since been recorded by such notable vocalists as Billie Holiday, Frank Sinatra, Louis Armstrong, Rosemary Clooney, Lou Rawls and Tony Bennett. This version features a root-based chord blocking that John and I have used in a number of our arrangements. We added what we think are some pretty cool left-hand fills that we hope you will like! It's a fun song and not too hard to play!
