Piano Solo - Level 5 - Digital Download SKU: A0.1233815 Composed by Władysław Cyrbes. Arranged by Zellev. 19th Century,Broadway,Classical,Folk,Musical/Show,Thriller. Score. 6 pages. Zellev Music #829377. Published by Zellev Music (A0.1233815). Key Signature: E minorTime Signature: 3/4Tempo: Allegro. (a bit faster is better tho)Difficulty: AdvancedWładysław Cyrbes (1851 - 1917), composer and pianist. Born in Czudec near Rzeszów, he studied at the Music Society in Kraków, then he studied piano with Kazimierz Hofmann, and finally in 1873 he went to Munich, where he studied at the conservatory of piano theory and playing. Then he devoted himself to pedagogical work, initially in the company oo. Jesuits in Tarnopol, then at the Music Society in Rzeszów. He spent the last few years in Przemyśl, where, together with his wife, Wanda née Wostrowska, also a pianist, he founded a music school and rendered significant services to the improvement of the city's musical culture. From 1901 he was the director of the Tow. In Przemyśl. Cyrbes' compositional legacy is small, it includes twenty-odd opuses, including the mass (in the manuscript), songs for one voice, piano and choral pieces. Particularly popular were choral compositions, often performed by Echo from Lviv under the direction of Jan Gall, a friend of Cyrbes and a colleague from the time of his studies in Munich, under the great theorist Józef Rheinberg. Gall highly appreciated Cyrbes' choral pieces, as evidenced in a letter to SA Krzyżanowski, in which he strongly recommends them for publication.

Piano Solo - Level 4 - Digital Download SKU: A0.1111422 Composed by Dalva R. R. Barbosa. 19th Century,Classical,Film/TV. Score. 7 pages. Dalva Regina Ribeiro Barbosa #713710. Published by Dalva Regina Ribeiro Barbosa (A0.1111422). I began to compose this piece unpretentiously with the intention of doing a prelude of 3 minutes. The beginning of the play, however, presents itself childish and naïve, as a child walking in a indolent way and ended up reminding me of video game or cartoon songs and a period of childhood between 8 and 10 years. I then structured the piece to show some pleasures of childhood: walking, running, flying, playing, swimming and dancing. Most of the images selected for this movie in youtube (https://youtu.be/BTZwwt8wYb0) represent what I wanted to express through my sound choices. For those who enjoy analyzing musical structures a short summary follows: The piece begins with the exposition of a rhythmic theme in B flat minor, followed by a small melodic theme constructed through the same motif presented at the beginning of the piece, but in D flat major. The piece then moves towards a moment of transition, a bridge between B flat minor and B minor. This transition is not only modulation, it is a transformation of the rhythmic aura to a melodic (B minor) episode . This episode is presented as a song A, B, with small variations. After the melodic episode, another moment of transition begins to return to the tonic (B flat minor) for reexposition of the rhythmic theme, but with another outfit. The piece then ends with a delicious codetta full of tenderness.

Piano,Vocal,Voice - Digital Download SKU: A0.733133 Composed by Benjamin Ayotte. Contemporary. Score. 2 pages. Ayotte Custom Musical Engravings #3233711. Published by Ayotte Custom Musical Engravings (A0.733133). In 1983 the school began through the vision of Earl and Bobbie Moore. Mark Moore, the son, was the first principal. The church school concept was a compliment of the God, family, church, work priority that they believed Gods Word taught. The ministry began at the Penn Theatre in downtown Plymouth, then the Masononic Building next door and then as the congregation grew the vision was to purchase and renovate a car dealership on road (now a catering hall/building). The school started with a Kindergarten and a first grade and second grade. The idea was to add a grade each year. From 1985-1990 keith Anleitner was the principal and by adding a grade each year and the success of the ministry and school made the enrollment Triple from 40 students to 125 students. He started the sports program and the music program was started already by Mark Moore. Specials teachers were part time in the early days and a retired Plymouth/Canton band leader  took over the music program and integrated instruments in the 1990s. Kathryn Vickie Herczeg succeeded Anleitner as the principal. Anleitner, as Basketball Coach, coached guys like Chuck Younkin, Brandon McKelvet, Dion Dixon, Shawn McClain then in 1995 Paul Salah, now Associate Superintendent of WRESA came to Agape. With guys like Matt Major, Adam Martin (now Dearborn HS, principal), Josh Thompson, and Cory Mullin the basketball team went 23-2. That began a very successful basketball decade @Agape Christian Academy before it closed in 2009.Benjamin Ayotte served for a short time ad music director between January of 2005 through June of 2006 before leading to teach at the University of North Carolina. He composed the Alma Mater in February of 2006, feeling that the school needed its own anthem to be performed at school ceremonies and events.

Alto Sax duet and piano - Grade 2 - Digital Download SKU: DX.124208 Composed by Sanford F. Bennett. Arranged by Dana F. Everson. Sacred instrumental music. Key of Bb, C, Eb, Ab. Traditional. Score and parts. 10 pages. David E. Smith - Digital Sheet Music #124208. Published by David E. Smith - Digital Sheet Music (DX.124208). An accompanied saxophone duet (2-Altos with opt. Tenor) duet which begins with a melodic motif and then presents the hymn tune in unison by the two parts. The chorus then breaks into a duet harmonization in a straight forward manner. The next section presents the first part in a melodically altered rendition with the second part answering in an obbligato like fashion. The middle section is a QandA form with the piano dropping out, followed by a piano solo section. A modulation now gives rise to the second part acting as a solo, followed by another modulation where the first takes over as a soloist. Then another modulation where the two parts present the chorus in a straight duet section., where it remains until the end.

Score and part. 28 pages. Musik Fabrik Music Publishing #2363203. Published by Musik Fabrik Music Publishing (A0.533353). One of the most enigmatic figures in the history of the Saxophone, Ali Ben Sou Alle (Charles-Valentin Soualle) was born in1820 in Arras, France. After receiving his first prize in Clarinet at the Paris Conservatory in 1844. he served as the director ofmusic of The French Marine Band in Senegal, and then was named first clarinet solo at the Opéra-Comique in Paris. However, after the Revolution of 1848, Soualle was forced to flee France to England where he settled in London, playing in the Orchestra of the Queen's Theatre. His songs and piano pieces were published in London. While in London, Soualle met another exiled French musician, Louis Antoine Jullien, who conducted a light music series inLondon. Jullien encouraged Soualle to take up the saxophone, and after modifying the instrument by adding a single octavemechanism (the modern system used today) and keys for the lower register, Soualle became known as a virtuoso and begantouring performing solo recitals (or mono-concerts, as they were called at the time) calling his modified saxophone the«turcophone ». He performed in all the European capitals and then traveled to Australia, New Zealand, Manilla, Java, throughChina and then to India where he finally settled in Mysore, becoming the director of the Royal Music for the Maharadjah. It wasduring this period that he converted to Islam and changed his nmae to Ali ben Sou Alle (or Ali, son of Soualle). Hesubsequently travaled to Ile Maurice, to French Polynesia, the Cap of Natal and the Cap of Good Hope. All of these voyageswere subjects of musical works which Soualle entitled Souvenirs de... and may perhaps have been part of a collection knownas The Royal Album which was presented to the Prince of Wales after a royal concert. Soualle returned to Mysore in 1858 and was almost killed in the Indian Revolution.Around 1860, Soualle returned to France for health reasons and began publishing his own music. On March 27 1865, heperformed a command performance for the Emperor Napoleon III at the Tuileries Palace in the presence of the entire ImperialFamily. After 1865, nothing more is known about him. This fantasy begins with motifs from the 1st act chorus « Sempre Felc’Amina » ». The Count’s first act aria « Vi ravisso, o loughi ameni » is followed by an extended cadenza and leads to Amina and Elvino’s first act duo « Prendi l’amel ti dono ». Amina’s second act aria « Ah non guige! » is presented with a brilliant variation to bring the work to a close.

Jolea Jensen #128632. Published by Jolea Jensen (A0.517906). Learn folk songs and singing games from around the world in this early elementary book. This series features a solo melody line accompanied by I, IV, and V7 chords, making it perfect for a general classroom setting or for private lessons. Level One (Book 1, Part 1) begins with basic rhythms (quarter, half, dotted half, and whole) in the keys of C, G, D. Each key begins with several songs in the basic five-finger position, then adds either one note above or one note below, then adds 3/4 time, then adds songs in which the hand is not in the basic five-finger position for that key. Level One (Book 1, Part 2) continues with the keys of A, E, B. Eighth notes are introduced in the key of E. Level One (Book 1, Part 3) contains the keys of F#, Db, and Ab. Level One (Book 1, Part 4) contains the keys of Eb, Bb, and F. I have been teaching several of my students with this book, and they are often eager to begin their lessons by playing their assignment out of this book. The feedback I've received from parents is that their child loves the songs because they are fun and easy to understand. Children often love coloring in the black and white pictures on each page. I hope your students also enjoy these songs. Published by Louise du Toit (A0.1138474). Intshe the Ostrich is the eighth in a series of fifteen original contemporary compositions for piano, titled 15 Animal Compositions for Piano and created to musically describe the movement and habits of specific wildlife creatures. From music notes to words: Intshe the old ostrich is in a very good mood. Walking through the South African fields surrounding Oudtshoorn, he comes across a narrow road leading to a desolated farmyard where a lot of delicious junk is waiting to be explored. He sees two ancient metal spoons and swallows it; then he gulps down an empty beer bottle, an old, broken wristwatch and a few shiny metal pieces. On his way back to the fields, he adds two round stones to his collection of strange, edible things. Feeling extremely happy after the gourmet meal, he starts moving around in a very weird way, dancing his heart out until his legs are like jelly. Every now and then he stands still for a few moments, opening and closing his wings to cool down from the heat of the exercise; then he dances again until he collapses of exhaustion, ready to take a very long nap in the hot South African sun. .

Ayotte Custom Musical Engravings #3017785. Published by Ayotte Custom Musical Engravings (A0.733079). For more than a year after abdicating the throne of Russia, Nicholas and his family have been under house arrest. The opera opens with the former Czar lamenting his fall from power and precarious circumstances. His wife, Anexandra, consoles him and they sing of their undying love in the duet, One Love Forever. One by one, the children awake and join them on stage. Anastasia dramatically portrays a dream she has just had. Then, in an upbrat song of hope she explains her optimistic outlook in My Name Is Anastasia. The ensemble joins her at the end, assuring one another they will all soon be rising up to life again. To while away the time, the family pretends they are at the French Ambassador's New Year's Ball.At the height of the ensuing waltz, Comrade Sladislav, Captain of the Red Guard, and a band of revolutionary guards burst it. Sladislav harangues Nicholas and the family. Then, in the vindictive Song of the Revolution, he extols the greatness of la Révolution as the family watches in fear. Nicholas and Alexandra remind each other of their one love forever and the children look for dawn in darkest night. The Captain then marches the family down to the cellar (off-stage), ostensibly to await transport. Thus trapped, they are easy prey for the revolvers of Sladislav and his men. The self-satisfies revolutionary reemerges and makes his closing statements before exiting.Scored for piano and percussion. String Trio Cello,Violin - Level 3 - Digital Download SKU: A0.1451759 By Lady Gaga. By Hillary Lindsey, Lori McKenna, Natalie Hemby, and Stefani Germanotta. Arranged by Homco/Crinion. Contemporary,Film/TV,Pop. 4 pages. Homco/Crinion #1031063. Published by Homco/Crinion (A0.1451759). In this StringTrio Arrangement, the Cello opens by playing Lady Gaga's haunting melody in its rich lower register. The cello then continues with the melody for the entire opening statement. (Cellists will love this moment in the limelight.) The melody is then passed on to the 1st Violin for the re-statment of the initial theme. After the bridge section, the Cello briefly reumes the lead, but then passes it on to the 2nd Violin, while all instruments diminish in volume for the final section. The last statement of the theme is eerily voiced in close harmony by all 3 instruments, before the 1st Violin breathlessly whispers the melody to a close.  Diminished chordal harmonies punctuate the fade-away ending.
