A superb arrangement of this heart-rendingly beautiful setting of George Matheson's O Love that wilt not let me go, aimed at groups that require a full orchestral version with choir. Relatively easy to sing, as was demonstrated by the choir of Park City High School in Utah in April 2015. This pack comprises: 2 x piccolo plus flute, 1 x oboe, 1 x Uilleann pipes (or second oboe), 2 x trumpet, 2 x trombone, 1 x piano, 10 x first violin, 10 x second violin, 8 x viola, 10 x cello and 6 x double bass. Composed in 2011 in support of the Occupy Wall Street movement. This short and modal, minimalist choral work sets the simple text 'We Protest, We Must' in four different languages - Irish, English, Spanish and French. Harmonies are influenced by the sound of the Irish uilleann pipes.
